Directions of use:

For a full bath:
Dissolve 50 g in water at 35–37°C for general toning.
For a more intense effect, use water at 38–42°C. Bath time should not exceed 15 minutes. Up to 3 baths per week are recommended.

Dissolve 1–2 tablespoons in 5 liters of warm water and soak for 10–15 minutes.
